Want to play a bigger role in the Joint Annual Conference? Looking to strengthen your leadership skills and expand your professional network? Join the team that makes this event an invaluable experience!

Together, we work to deliver cutting-edge science, meaningful learning opportunities, and exceptional networking for all attendees. Your involvement helps make that possible.

Consider volunteering at the Joint Annual Conference. It's a great way to contribute, connect, and grow while supporting the wildlife and conservation community.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Registration Team: Help welcome attendees! Volunteers will assist with check-in, distribute meeting materials, and answer questions about the agenda.

Session Support: Be part of the action in sessions. Volunteers will assist speakers and moderators with tasks such as calling an audience questions, helping presenters set up AV components, and coordinating with IT for any technical issues (don't worry, IT support will handle the heavy lifting).

Raffle & Auction Crew: Add excitement to the event! Volunteers will sell raffle tickets, manage auction items, and answer attendee questions about items

Check Back Often: Additional opportunities may be posted as they become available, so keep an eye on this page.

Ready to Get Involved? If any of these roles sound exciting, contact our Volunteer Coordinators:

We can't wait to see you at the conference!
